GBA LatAm Training

Susana Munoz first arrived in China over 20 years ago as a graduate student at Sichuan University. After graduating, she worked with various Chinese and Mexican startups, gaining first-hand experience in the complexities of multicultural team communication.

Since 2011, Susana has been based in Hong Kong. In 2020, she founded GBA LatAm Training, which specializes in market intelligence, design thinking, and cross-cultural communication for international business. Her goal is to help businesses gain new perspectives by understanding and leveraging cultural differences to maximize the success of international projects.

A certified Lego Serious Play facilitator (Seoul, 2015), Susana is also a dedicated mentor and trainer for exporter programs in Mexico and Southeast Asia. She has served as the President of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (2020-2023), and in different honorary positions where she works to promote trade and investment between Mexican and Chinese business communities.
